LOVED this stallion when we viewed him at the Event, he's a very classic and Big boy who is very, VERY well trained. The owners know what they are doing when it comes to training, I was impressed.

I took many photo's of him and his beautiful young rider. We told the owners that he would seriously clean house up here in Reg. 16, and many wouldn't even know he was a SE untill we told them so, ha ha. I don't mean that in a bad way at all and believe me the attitudes I feel are changing since many up and coming farms in our area have high % Egyptian lines or SE's.

He's just my kind of horse. Sadly I'm not stallion shopping but if I was he would be on the top of my list. This boy can do it all and needs to be breeding as well IMHO. He's in his prime.

Our friend Dawn was highly interested in this boy, I told her she needs to make up her mind ( this stallion IS the real deal!) She has been mare shopping as well.

Thank you all so much for the kind words. Here are two more pictures of him at the EE that Christine Emmert took. Also, my avatar is a picture of him looking out of the barn that I took the evening before we left for the EE.

BTW, my website is up and running again.

Best,

That was this year? Cannot believe I missed him. Would have liked to watch him in the ring and in the stall and also see how he was handled.... very much like that you say he is well trained.

This stallion is a TOTAL sweetheart, a close friend looked at him so we spent some time with him watching him warm up and then in his class. The trainer has a very young daughter I believe under 4 yrs old and she rides him, what more could anyone ask for or want. I'm serious if I had room in my barn I would snap him up in a heartbeat. We called him "Big Handsome".

I knew Jusstin, when he resided here in CA, He is a treasure, If I could have more horses here on my property he would be here with me,
I have never had a stallion, with Jusstin that would not be an issue, he is such a well mannered smart boy. I know his half brother (gelding) sure misses him, they were best buds.
Linda and Amy I really can't say enough about how well they handle horses.
I have 4 here, that's right 4 that I purchased from Rakis, I went to look at one! LOL
They are good "horse citizens" with exemplary ground manners and no vices.
Amy is a top notch trainer, both with horses and students.
I could go on and on about how happy I am with Rakis Arabians, If any of you can get to TN be sure and stop and meet and see for yourselves.
You will not be dissapointed!

Joelynn, you are more than welcome to come for a visit!

Chris, thanks again for being such a great :PerspectMA19366318-0001: for us. It means so much and I am humbled by your words....

We have gotten several inquiries on Jusst In Time. It will make me sad to see him leave since he has been part of the family since he was born, but he deserves to be used as a breeding stallion and sadly I don't have any mares to use with him.

I am hoping we have a good weather day so I can get some video of Jusst In Time under saddle and turned out. He really is a lovely boy!

I first saw this stallion warming up in the arena during a break between classes at the Event this year. He was magnificent, and I couldn't believe he was SE (I don't mean it in a bad way either - I just don't many SEs with that kind of balance, size, and structure). I was so taken with him that I stopped his young rider and asked who he was. I'm not stallion shopping either, but all I can say is "WOW". Glad I got to see him because I wouldn't have recognized him from any of the photos I've seen of him since then.

Linda, is he at your place? I hope so because that would mean I would get to see him again close up in a couple of days. Might even sneak a photo or two.... :PerspectMA19366318-0001:

Wow.

Nancy,
Amy was the young lady riding him when you saw him at the EE. Doesn't she have a nice way of riding? Amy did all his under saddle training. It was funny to see how many people were shocked to find out he was a SE. He is here and I had thought about some pictures, but the silly boy cut himself (on a mysterious and unknown item that only the best horses can find :PerspectMA19366318-0001:) and it is still healing, so he has been laid up for a week.

Looking forward to meeting you tomorrow bright (hopefully) and early!

Best,
Linda

Linda,

Amy is a natural - great little rider, the kind that is a real pleasure to watch (and someone to keep in mind for the future), and she had the horse going beautifully. Too bad he decided to cut himself - would love to have seen him out.

I'm looking forward to meeting you too! I think it's going to be a great day! :) Will Amy be there too? Would love to "officially" meet her. :D

Best regards,

Nancy

Yes, Amy will be here as well as her daughter Ava. I am sure you remember her from the stick horse class. The little girl with the fairy wings blowing kisses to the crowd.

See you in the morning!

Here is a photo of "Big Handsome" at the Event with Amy up and our Dear Friend Dawn checking him out.

Amy was just about to take him down to do some schooling. It show's him all natural and in his true form, which is pretty darn nice IMHO.

Whoever gets this boy is going to be so very happy with him, like I said he's the real deal all in one big handsome package!
