For those who are interested in visiting Edouard Al-Dahdah's blog, the URL in the conference announcement is incorrect. Omit the www. and use only

thanks for the information. i guess that leaves many of our breeders out unable or unwilling to pay a dollar 350-400.00 fee.
what ever made me think that seminars like these are free of charge, the speakers donating their time.

The PS is not making any money on this seminar. These fees help cover some of the costs of the conference room, meals, printed materials, etc.
I have found these longer Breeders' Seminars to be extremely valuable for me, and very much worth the money they're charging.
And their cost is MUCH less expensive than other training I have gotten in the past.

Please do not assume that the speakers are being paid. I am a speaker; I am not being paid. I do not think I am unique for this case. As Melissa said, it is costly to put on such a program in a hotel facility. However, using an airport hotel facility is still most efficient for people because they don't need to rent cars.
Having run my own management consulting business for many years where I used such facilities for my work, I can tell you that it is very expensive to rent conference space in a hotel, pay the hotel costs for meals (this conference includes 2 dinners and lunch), pay for coffee/tea, pay for audio-visual equipment to be available for the speakers, pay for reproduction of materials (the resource notebooks that are given to each participant are HUGE and I know what it costs to have things reproduced), etc. I do not know the details of what determines the costs for this conference nor the pricing for attendees, but based on my experience the pricing is quite reasonable for an event that extends from mid-Friday until mid-Sunday in a conveniently-located hotel with top-notch facilities and food (to say nothing of the superb quality of the other speakers).

miss huprich, i dont think you will ever get it. ever heard of 'sacrifice' sharing a bit of the millions made? have you ever realized what the al khamsa supporters- al khamsa is doing?
i think it is a gesture of loyalty that my good old friend hans nagel, president of waho, continues to support the pyramid society. is waho also supporting the other bloodlines, would you know? would subjects be discussed- to bring back respect to the str.egyptions through testing their ability to function, or will it contnue on the same old road of destruction ? just asking.
enjoy your trip and be safe

No conference can address all issues or topics at just one conference. The topics for this year's Breeders' Conf are posted online via the various links that have been posted. This year, like prior Breeders' Conferences, sounds like several very great and timely topics for breeders will be discussed.

anitae, the shoe does not fit you. you are well known in sharing, giving and helping. i dont think you made millions either through the ps=se's.
i know what it costs to set things up. however, our economy is putting a heartship on many of our colleges, and again they are left out.i think 99percent are. that breaks my heart-
however, i hope you all enjoy it, have a safe trip too. will be hearing of the results, i guess.

Thus, when I read that Hans Nagel (current President of WAHO) is speaking at this Pyramid Society function, my first question is in regard to the subject being addressed by Hans. I sincerely hope it is just limited to the WAHO organization and its purposes and accomplishments and nothing else. The President of WAHO cannot (or certainly should never) show any preference to any individual horse, bloodline or breeding during any public speech, address or appearance.
Does anyone have any information regarding the subject of this address?

Then, I'm very sorry to hear this. Hans IS the President of WAHO no matter what function he attends. As long as he holds the position, IMHO, he should never be listed as owning his stud farm or his breeding lines.
