I received an email from the Sheriff in the county Amanda lives in in SD saying Amanda and her mother gave up 29 horses and Second Chance Rescue in Sioux falls, SD will be re-homing them. A small group of us have been working with the sheriff due to the condition of her horses. AMEN, these horses will now have a chance at a good life!!
