Its that time of year again. I've donated a breeding to Ali Bayfire to the TABA auction. http://www.racearabians.com/ Ali Bayfire has produced winners in halter, eventing, dressage, racing, sport horse, endurance, etc. If you want a foal that is pretty and athletic here is your chance. He is LFS and CA clear. He ships well and is very fertile. He tends to throw lots of size, straight legs, motion and type. Best of all they have a strong work ethic. His sire has multiple wins in halter, his full sister was a US TT halter mare. Bayfire traces to the rare tail female El Samraa.  I've posted a few photos of him and some of his get as pictures are louder then words.

Thank you. Alabaster is Bayfire's 3/4 sister. Bint Nariya had a wonderful colt by Bayfire this last year. Her first foal. He maybe Bayfire's replacement.

You are so welcome Martha. age 16 is nothing, he most likely will live to 30 or more, I pray.

It is balsam to my eyes when I see beautiful good moving horses, and so uniform too.
I guess you are doing something very right, eh? Well, keep on doing it, it shows what those SEs have and can do, eh.

I hope people pay attention to those good horses and breed from it. this for sure would be the way to preserve the good ones.

Take care and all the best

Thanks for your kind words. I hope he lives to be 30. His mother made it to 27. She still ran the pasture til the end.

Very nice!  All of your horses are beautiful, but I especially like your El Majiid mare.  I have an El Majiid son and wouldn't trade him for the world.  Are you going to at the EE in June?  Would love to stop by and see your horses if you will be there.

I just lost my El Majiid daughter this winter. She was an exquisite beauty. She trotted like the house on fire. I posted an old video of her when she was young. It had to be converted from vhs to digital but she could trot.

I've not decided if I am going or not this year. I'm discussing this with myself.

Hi Martha,

Looks like you may have an Ibn Rabdan "double" in Ali Bayfire.  What an interesting dam line!  Would you happen to have a photo of *Izees?  It would appear that *Izees had only the one foal, *Iziza, by Ibn Hafiza - so this line is rare for that reason, as well - I would think.  :)

I probably do have a photo of *Iziza but not *Izees. Iziza was prolific but her daughter AK Izeez only had 1 foal produce onward and that was Bayfire's mother. There have been several studies working on this dam line.

OOH. so Liz was the bidder? Well, breeding one of her mares to Bayfire ought to produce one heck of a foal. Let us know who the prospective momma will be, inquiring minds need to know!

Yes, Liz was the winner. She is thinking she will breed her mare Hanana http://www.jevafarms.com/hanana.html to him. This should be an excellent cross. The resulting foal will be closely related to Mia Bint Bayfire and Ibn Sashali.
